Join us in bringing the Garden to life for every visitor!

Hours: Average 32 per week

Working pattern: Variable 4 days per week to include at least one Saturday or Sunday plus three variable days and all Bank Holidays

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to join our Visitor Services Team at the Botanic Garden. An opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and loves delivering memorable experiences.

As Team Leader, you will be at the heart of the Garden’s daily operations, managing a friendly and dedicated team of 5–8 Visitor Services Assistants and volunteers.
